Day Forty Nine

So, another 3lbs down this week. It is good news as this makes just over 2 stone.

I found the meeting to be frustrating, angering and making me want to go out and eat. The fill in LLC annoys me and I find the sessions useless. Fortunately me and my friend sat in the car and had our own session which helped so much. I had almost decided entirely that I was going home to eat my much lusted after baked potato, but Jen talked me down. Thank God.

So, half way through and 2 stone down. That's very good news.

Hello hello

Sorry for not commenting recently; have finally caught up with you though. VERY good news! Very, very good news! You sound pleased with your progress, which I hope will sustain you.

Don't worry about losing all the weight in Foundation; just keep going. It's easy to get into the trap of planning the future (post-100 days) but you never know how you will feel when you get there.

Some of your observations really made me laugh so keep blogging!!

Totally agree about Run, Fat Boy, Run - it WAS substandard.

If you want an excellent film (on DVD), then get Black Book (it's in Dutch and German) but totally compelling. And believe me, you will forget about food!

Keep going!!

Take care.

You have made AMAZING progress - not even half way through and 2st down, wow! Keep going - I look forward to coming back from holiday (well, I don't, but you know what I mean!) and looking in to see your progress.

love

Congratulations on the 3lb loss and how fantastic does it feel to be 2 stone down, it's a good feeling.

It's good that you can talk things over with Jen, least it stopped you heading for the baked potato - god I could kill for one of those at the moment!!!

Anyway, keep it up, your doing brilliantly.
