Day Twenty Eight

So, not happy. 2lbs down. That's three in 2 weeks.

Yeah - it does seem to be going quite slowly for you. Sorry about that but stick it out, things do change and the race is not won by the sprinters....you'r still ahead of WW or SW and you would have spent the last few weeks obsessed by food/points/red/green days etc etc rather than by learning about yourself and your individual attitudes to food.

Sorry it's going slowly for you. If you are sticking to it as you say, I can only think you are retaining water somehow.
I know you think a large loss in one week is unlikely but it does happen sometimes.
Sorry I'm not able to provide any pearls of wisdom...

Hey you,

I'm sorry you didn't get the result you wanted. The big losses sometimes occur when you least expect them which I know probably isn't helpful to you. One of the women in my group had a big loss after 3 weeks of gaining and losing same 1 pound each of the previous weeks.

I hope this hasn't taken you off track and hope that you have a good week.

We have one lady who has one week of hardly losing anything, then the next a large loss. It varies so much with different people.

Stick with it though, have you had yourself measured lately, as you've probably lost inches. With our LLC you have to ask, she doesn't do it automatically.

Your still doing really well though and keep up the good work.
